Adult Mat Pilates

Join April Nelson and build a strong core through Mat Pilates!


This class runs in person at Gorton Tuesdays, April 20 – May 25, 10:00am – 11:00am


Join April Nelson and build a strong core through Mat Pilates! This class will focus on improving mobility, balance, low back health, reducing stress, and increase mind-body awareness. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Participants must bring their own yoga or Pilates mat, towel (if needed) and water bottle.
